Alegria Music

La Nouba by Cirque De soliel at Disneyworld in Orlando?

What exactly is it? Is it enjoyable? Is it worth the money? I am going to Orlando with my husband and 7 month old. I am trying to plan something nice at night because my husband will be in business meetings all day.

  1. If you go to youtube.com you can look up Cirque Dis Soleil and get a feel for what the show will be like. Basically it's like a circus but instead of animals and clowns waking around it has acrabatics, gymnasts, stunts and other extroadinary performers. It's like nothing you've ever seen before. It is enjoyable, but it is different. You and your husband would enjoy it but I wouldn't suggest it for a 7 month old. That's like bringing a 7 month old to a Broadway play. People will get angry if the baby starts crying during the performance.
  2. Its an awesome show watched it a few years ago with my gf and all we can say was wow. Be nice if your husband was with you though cause your going to be talking about the show after its done. You can do that with your baby I guess.
  3. This is my favorite attraction in Orlando. The performers are true artists. What they do is amazing and well worth every penny. I would go even with the baby, just sit near an exit just in case. You have to see the show. They have several cirque shows in Vegas and I hope to see them all in the future. Sorry to disagree with the earlier suggestion, but don't watch it on youtube. It is so spectacular to see it in person.
  4. La Nouba is my second favorite Cirque show. (Love in Vegas is my top #1) I really didn't want to go but my parents did, and we had never seen it and I was very pleasantly surprised! I loved it... I don't know if it would be appropriate to bring a 7 month old, there are loud noises that could frighten the baby, but that is up to you obviously (some babies are heavy sleepers, if yours is he or she may not even know it haha). If you do go make sure to arrive early, because they have a hilarious preshow, that it self was worth the money to me.
  5. I wouldn't take a baby to it. Tickets are expensive and I am sure no one around you will want a crying baby by them. I think it is worth every penny. It is a wonderful show. For night time, you can go to the parks. They can look very different at night with everything lit up. Also Downtown Disney is fun to go to at night.
  6. I have never heard anybody say that they didn't enjoy the show. Most people absolutely rave about how great it is. It's hard to describe what it is, because no matter what you have in your mind, it's so much better! It's sort of like a acrobatic circus... sort of. There are performers everywhere, up, down, sides. It's amazing.
  7. If you bring a crying baby into a show where everyone around you paid $80 a ticket you should be drawn and quartered.
