How old are the diablos girls from Cirque Du Soleil?

The little asian girls that use the diablos in Cirque Du Soleil are amazing, and and I am just trying to figure out whether they are actually girls or little women! I am specifically talking about La Nouba, but any show would do fine. Thanks!
